SOLUZEN · LEGAL INFORMATION
Last updated: 3 September 2026
Here we explain, in plain terms, what data we collect when you write to us or fill in a form, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.
Website owner: SoluZen
Contact email: info@soluzen.pro
Website: https://soluzen.pro
Full company registration details (legal name, tax ID (NIF/CIF) and registered office) will be published in this section as soon as they are confirmed.
You can exercise any of your rights or ask any question about this policy by writing to info@soluzen.pro.
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the following channels:
We do not collect payment data or special categories of data (health, ideology, etc.) through this website.
The processing of your data is based on:
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry or manage the business relationship arising from it and, where applicable, for the periods required by law. You can request its deletion at any time, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
Your data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. To run the website and manage communications we may rely on service providers (for example, web hosting and email tools) acting as data processors, who access the data only to the extent necessary to provide that service and under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Currently, SoluZen relies on a web hosting provider to run the site and on its own system, built into the website, to manage contact requests and newsletter subscriptions — no external email marketing tool or third-party CRM is used for now. This section will be updated if that changes.
Some of the providers mentioned in the previous point may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, we make sure the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to info@soluzen.pro and stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
SoluZen's services are aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors through this website.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative changes or changes in how we process your data. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
